Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with check-in, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and payments.
  • Ensure a seamless patient experience by coordinating with medical staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
  • Handle minor issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Perform expert IV placements quickly and efficiently to ensure patient comfort.
  • Administer IV infusions and IM injections while monitoring patient response.
  • Educate patients on treatments, ensuring a positive and informed experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in PA and/or NJ (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of adult critical care experience (ICU, ER, or similar).
  • Exceptional IV insertion skills and vascular access proficiency.
  • Active BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
