Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and payments.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience by coordinating with medical staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Handle minor issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Promote services and memberships with an enthusiastic, customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or managerial role preferred.

Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Perform expert IV placements quickly and efficiently to ensure patient comfort.
- Administer IV infusions and IM injections while monitoring patient response.
- Educate patients on treatments, ensuring a positive and informed experience.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in PA and/or NJ (required).
- Minimum 3 years of adult critical care experience (ICU, ER, or similar).
- Exceptional IV insertion skills and vascular access proficiency.
- Active BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
